Bike storage and charging station
Your bike is in good hands with us: To the right behind the house you'll find a lockable room with a charging station for e-bikes. Access is via your room key.
BUFFET / SELF-SERVICE
You are welcome to use our self-service counter in the lounge at any time. Simply record what you have taken, or pay directly via Twint using the QR code.
BREAKFAST
From 7:00 am onwards, our extensive breakfast buffet awaits you – for the perfect start to the day.
BREAKFAST IN THE OFF-SEASON NOVEMBER-APRIL
Breakfast is available for you in the morning from 6:30 to 9:00 AM in a self-service area: hot drinks, bread, butter, jam, orange juice, muesli and yogurt are available for you at our breakfast bar.

Check-in (self-check-in)
Our hotel check-in is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Perfect for those who like to arrive spontaneously without a reservation.
Our rooms are ready for you from 3 pm.
Check-Out
Until 10:30 a.m. You can hand in your room key to us in person or simply leave it at reception. You can leave your luggage in the lounge until 6:00 p.m.

Hiking, biking or sports shoes
After an adventurous day in nature, things often don't stay clean. No problem: You can easily clean your hiking, biking, or sports shoes in the bike room.

From the 3rd night onwards, you'll receive the "Appenzell Holiday Card" free of charge. This gives you access to over 20 free offers in Appenzell and the surrounding area.

Our outdoor guest parking spaces are available free of charge. Reservations are not required.

Room card
Your room key grants you access to the main entrance, the patio door, and the bicycle storage room. The doors close automatically.
If you lose your room key, you can obtain a new one at the self-check-in desk by providing your last name and room number.
